At G.R.A.N.T. Youth, our mission is to empower young girls ages 9 to 16 to realize their full potential through strategic networking, collaborative teamwork, and transformative personal development opportunities. We cultivate a supportive environment led by committed volunteers who mentor our youth in developing leadership capabilities, building self-confidence, promoting responsible technology online use, and understanding foundational principles of wealth management. Our ultimate objective is to drive meaningful and lasting positive change within our local communities.

Our History
Jamie D. Grant is the founder and president of JDG Wealth Management Group, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and wealth management solutions. Recognizing the unique challenges of isolation and disconnection brought on by the pandemic in 2020, Jamie sought to make a meaningful impact beyond the financial realm. As a result, G.R.A.N.T. Youth was established as the mentorship and community outreach initiative of JDG Wealth Management Group, LLC. This program serves as an extension of the firm's commitment to empowering individuals, focusing on fostering personal growth, leadership, and resilience among young girls through mentorship and support.
Over the years, G.R.A.N.T. Youth has evolved into a transformative initiative that empowers hundreds of young girls to pursue their aspirations, develop critical life skills, and unlock their full potential. By providing tailored resources, mentorship, and educational opportunities, the organization continues to inspire the next generation of confident, capable leaders who are equipped to navigate and succeed in an increasingly complex world.
Currently, G.R.A.N.T. Youth serve the Dallas and Houston, Texas areas through both virtual and in-person programs. The organization is excited to expand its services to Austin, Texas, beginning Spring 2025.
Our Programs
